A high-rise tower commission for Dubai Marina, designed at the height of the district's rapid waterfront expansion. The brief called for a contemporary mixed-use tower combining residential apartments with ground-floor retail, set on a tight urban plot facing the Marina promenade. Multiple design schemes were developed and presented in parallel — each exploring a distinct architectural language while sharing the same functional program. The final scheme balances slender vertical massing, a layered facade pattern, and corner views of the waterfront — designed to read as a quiet, refined counterpoint to the more theatrical towers around it.
