Founded in 1991 and led by Eng. Odeh Khalil — a veteran architect and urban planner with more than 35 years of experience — the firm has built a strong presence across Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Iraq, and beyond.

Since establishing the practice in 1991, Eng. Odeh Khalil has led the firm for more than three decades and held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Head of Design across major firms in the region.
His project portfolio ranges from USD 1 million to USD 200+ million across diverse sectors: high-rise towers, residential communities, commercial complexes, hotels, healthcare, education, industrial facilities, and sports infrastructure.
