A flagship mixed-use development along Sheikh Zayed Road in central Dubai, integrating a five-star hotel, residential apartments, and ground-level retail within a single architectural composition. The complex was designed to anchor a high-traffic urban corridor while offering a calmer, garden-oriented experience at the pedestrian scale — a contrast its name (Al Murooj, "the meadows") deliberately invokes. Our scope covered architectural design across all three components, with particular attention to how the hotel, residential towers, and retail spine read together from the street and from neighbouring developments. The massing steps back as it rises, balancing presence on the skyline with respect for the immediate ground plane.
