A design only becomes a building when it is built correctly — and that depends on rigorous supervision on site. Our resident engineers are the link between the drawings and the structure that rises from them.

Throughout construction we inspect workmanship against specification, review contractor submittals and shop drawings, witness key tests, and enforce health-and-safety standards. We track progress against the programme and issue site instructions promptly, so small deviations are corrected before they become expensive defects.
